Global Housing Development, Inc. (GHD) is a real estate investment and development firm located in Los Angeles, California. Kaifa Tulay founded the firm in January 1990. GHD provides comprehensive development consulting in all aspects of multifamily housing but specializes in affordable housing. With an emphasis on residential development, GHD’s basic philosophy is the creation of affordable, environmentally sound, well-designed, and quality housing. We believe that by providing safe and secure housing we assist with the development of a built environment that offers improvements in neighborhoods and communities allowing them to become more hospitable.

Global Capital Management, LLC (GC MGMT, LLC.) was founded back in 2012 under the guidance of CEO Mr. Kaifa Tulay who envisioned a full-service property firm that could handle the overall supervision of the day-to-day operations of GHDI properties, including Fumbah Manor, Benton Green Apartments, Jefferson Square Apartments, and the Arlington Rodeo Apartments. His current dedicated staff includes Lanie Santos (Compliance Manager & Accountant), Myrna Santos (Administrative & Executive Assistant), and Fumbah Tulay (Operations Manager) who work tirelessly to ensure that all of the tenant’s immediate needs and concerns are met.
